Public Procurement Law

Public Procurement Law is the branch of law that is subject to the tender processes, which constitute the legal framework for the government organization to purchase goods, services, or works from the market in order to fulfill its responsibility to provide public services.

In our office, we provide consultancy services from the receipt of the tender document to the last stage of the tender process regarding the tenders held within the scope of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the State Procurement Law No. 2886. Our Office provides legal consultancy and advocacy services in the fields of examining the compliance of the tender documents with the legislation, filing complaints against the decisions taken by the contracting authority, taking administrative action against the decisions made by the Public Procurement Authority, and pursuing administrative and criminal cases.
