Public Procurement Law is the branch of law that is subject to the tender processes, which constitute the legal framework for the government organization to purchase goods, services, or works from the market in order to fulfill its responsibility to provide public services.
In our office, we provide consultancy services from the receipt of the tender document to the last stage of the tender process regarding the tenders held within the scope of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and the State Procurement Law No. 2886.
